Besides throwing out the occasional Bluff, there weren't very many mentionable hands. I was fairly card dead the whole time and didn't catch much. It was a very soft table so I picked my spots and got up to about $300, then in two hands I gave back
About $85.
I like playing JKs & it ended up being just the big blind and me, the small blind. Really nice lady but, when I asked her if she wanted to chop the blinds she said "no I want to play". So already I'm a little suspicious and of course the Flop comes king queen Ace. She led out with a $15 bet I thought I would try my luck and called but then the turn was a 4 and she bets $10. At this point I don't know what to think or how to read this lady so I Chuck another $10 into the pot and the river was another brick and she moves All In. So I folded, and the next hand I I called a $20 preflop raise with pocket threes, missed & promptly folded.
I'm not going to be able to watch games tonight, as the family and I are going to head down to Treasure Island to see Cirque du Soleil Mystere, but I have my eye on Philadelphia / Milwaukee over!Comment -
Not the overall desired result in sports betting today but, the Vegas golden knights prevented me from losing that entire $45 this morning.
