disappointed by sbr's performance in this fiasco. not sure if it was intentionally dishonest or just incompetence, but in any case they did wrong

still, there's a good chance someone comes along and backs betislands

huge customer base and great software, once payments start going out again people will come back

this has tarnished their name but same thing happened with betphoenix and they are back and solvent again

There are no investors interested when there are 6 threads on the front page of SBR trashing the place and ALL of their customers come from SBR. I know it's a Catch 22 situation. Freaking out over payment delays basically guarantees an already shaky book will fail before anyone gets paid.

And in the absence of regulation, when owners of a book sense that nobody is going to play there any more and there is no reason to keep it open, they run off with whatever money there is....

These weren't delays, they were broke and were probrably operating solely on players deposits for weeks.

Yes. Your balance will be transferred to the new book with probably a big rollover requirement.
There may or may not be a deposit requirement for the balance transfer.
