Tried to make a withdraw this AM. Have done so well between my local and betislands this week was going to take out max p2p and take a few days off and relax.
They can't even take withdraw requests on Sunday.
Good thing cause I then put a bet in on the Knicks to win $180.

I apologize for the hassle , but trying to get through on game day will usually take more time than any other day in the week.
When I come into a thread it is not to make up claims , rather inform the players what the issue was we are currently expanding but calling in a few minutes before the game starts to get a transfer in is probably not the best way to go regardless of the staff any book has.
BS book? Our bonuses are still some of the best . Our promotions are one of the best -108 with free half points and cash bonuses. Our payouts are some of the fastest.
There is not a single book that has never had an issue , we do our best for our players and whenever a player does have an issue we do our best to correct it and make sure the player is satisfied with the outcome.

Jon has always treated me well . Like I said earlier I love betislands. I will always be a customer. However last night I was very frustrated for the simple fact I made this.deposit at 7pm. Which I thought was plenty of time before late nfl game. And of course like I said earlier i tried to make this deposit to bet falcons as mentioned before. So it figures this would happen to me. why offer bonus you guys can't honor??? every time I called in to ask eligibility, response I got was Rudy is not in the office..
