Im still waiting for my regular Bank Draft that was requested Dec 31st But I did get a Tracking number today so it looks like it should be here soon...I was told yesterday that they are sending this Via Courier so we shall see what happens...

Reoccuring theme that after 30+ days the check has to be canceled. No doubt I will get the same story on my cashout on the 5th.

sportsbook.com has not been so good to me. finally got a check in about 7 weeks, then it bounced, then some more run around, then recredited my account and had me start all over last week.

Well I have reached the end of my rope. I decided to pay the 50 bucks to try and speed the cashouts up but 2 weeks now and nothing. That would be fine but they are refusing to refund me my 50 bucks I paid for the advertised speed.

I feel like the scene in Talledega Nights. "With all due respect, and keep in my I am saying with all due respect." Since the site says there will be delays that means we can take as long as we want to pay you. 4 - 7 days but we can arbitrarily take 7 - 14 more days.

I provide plenty of action for this book, I dabble in the casino and play in the poker room. If my 50 bucks is worth my business then more power to them.

They always refunded my 50 dollars when I requested a Fed Ex Check and it did not Come in a Week so thats strange to hear faceman.

Taken me around 60 days for 3x ($2500) Neteller cashouts. Life is too short so paid the $50 to transfer the remaining balance to Matchbook which took around 60mins to come through. Have never had a problem with Matchbook (touch wood).

My cashout requested by courier arrived today. Submitted on 1/26.

Bank draft submitted on 1/5 still hasn't arrived. I am guessing it was somehow lost in the mail. I will need to submit a cancel and wait for a fed ex.

My question at this point is if anyone has received a bank draft check that didn't get lost in the mail and had to be cancelled?

I should also note that the 50 dollar fee was credited back to my account. WSEX contacted me about it and obviously got it taken care. I appreciate his help again but the point is it shouldn't take his efforts to make these common sense decisions.

Took 8-9 days for my first 2500$ moneybookers withdrawal in january, but the last 3 have been much quicker (2-4 days). Still, you would think moneybookers and neteller would be instant. There's no way this book can maintain it's A+ rating, SBR has to do something.

cashed my first check a few hours ago. $5,000 from a canadian bank, they didnt have to hold it or anything it cleared instantly. hopefully thats a sign of good things to come

Still waiting for anyone that submitted a bank draft request that just showed up. Every story I have heard has been that they had to put a hold on the first request and wait.

I submitted my bank draft 1/5. 28 business days and 38 days overall and nothing. I am having difficulty getting them to cancel and move me along in the inevitable process.

I've had numerous sportsbook to sportsbook transfers with WSEX, and they would always get it done the next business days.

Also, I recently requested a Fedex check, and I got it less than 3 weeks.

Wsex is the pioneer in sports books, and during all these years, they had never stiff one single person, their reputation is unadulterated.

I do agreed that they need to improve their cashout time though.

Whether I get paid in the end or not, I've been deprived of the use of my funds for many weeks. That is being stiffed isn't it? I've never known WSEX offer to pay me interest for my inconvenience.

30 business days for me now. Delays must mean double the advertised allotted time.

So for those scoring at home. 4 - 7 business days really means 8 - 21 business days. 20 business days means 40 business days if you are lucky I guess.

WSEX seems to be catching up.

Believe me that they are trying to find ways to pay quickly. Their reputation was more important than holding player's funds for a couple of extra days.

I agree the Neteller issue didn't make a lot of sense, and despite my efforts, I never got a clear answer on the delay. Does anyone have any recent Neteller withdrawals with WSEX? How long did you wait?

More often than not my Neteller requests are ignored.

But they've promised me my bank draft will arrive tomorrow

By the way Josh, if you think WSEX cares about its reputation, why is its CS so rude and inefficient?

more problems for me. the previous ones were rectified by poster WSEX, that's why i didn't go on with the plan and not posted new threads every day. it was only an explanation, but a good one and that came through couple of days later. all was in late january.

now, i've decided to request more withdrawals and... nothing. CS is actually worse than that of bookmaker, that should explain a lot. always UP-****ING-GRADING their neteller. i even said to them, stop it, that's sad, because i see you're underfunded again, don't give me bullshit, at least tell me did you already send a wire or not. and of course an approx. date of resolving this issue. after a 5 minute wait (if they are OK i don't wait that long) all i got was, sir, be patient we are having "technical" problems. thanks for nothing WSEX' CS!

my request is now pending for a week...

My bank draft requested 2nd January has indeed just arrived as promised the other day.

It was sent out on 16th Feb from Antigua (to UK) by Fedex.

What conclusions to draw?

The check I got was foreign. not sure where it was from. I didn't realize it until my bank said they had to send it to the main branch. Took another week for it to clear. 2 more checks to sweat and I am going to just play poker at full tilt for a while.

After reading this thread I withdrew my balance via Neteller on Sunday... Was paid today. But it was only 1k so they might be paying out small amounts more easily..

Well it looks like I have made some progress. I am to the part where they have mailed it and wait a week. Then it will be lost in the mail and I need to wait for them to cancel and recreate it. So a couple of more weeks for me but looks like the end is in sight.

Any action on this certified letter being lost in the mail? -1000
