WSEX cashout

Just a head's up....requested low 4 figures via courrier Dec 30 recieved today (Jan 15). Look- back in the day neteller was the bomb and I moved money regularly. Today I keep higher balances in the books themselves, use only top shelf books, and request payouts only when the balance gets uncomfortably large (for me) or as a basic profit taking startegy. WSEX does trail other books in payout timing and options (for US Customers), but for me this is balanced out by their history of being an industry leader and their great live wagering option. I have no inside information, but have been wagering offshore using post up accounts for 12 years and I would have no reservation about reccomending WSEX to anyone.
Although this is my first post here I have posted for years (not as prolifically as some)at other forums.

Courier, Jan 5th was told it would be sent out, received it Jan 14th.

I am still waiting for my December 3rd bankdraft.

On Tuesday they told me Neteller was down.

On Wednesday it was being upgraded.

Today my Neteller money just hasn't arrived. No story yet.

I have transferred some to play on Matchbook, which to be fair seems like a very worthwhile out. But why do they have to charge me $50 for every $10,000 I move? It's the same company ffs.

Latest from WSEX is that they cannot process Neteller withdrawals until Wednesday, regardless of where you live.

My bank drafts haven't arrived either.

I requested a Payout by Fed Ex last Jan 5th and also have a regular Bank Draft that was requested Dec 31st as well..I spoke to someone from WSEX Friday and was told that I would recieve Both my Fed Ex request and my regular Bank draft sometime Next Week...So I guess we shall see?

You gotta work for WSEX, cause that's a whole lot of crap. I joined this forum 1 week ago today and have read countless stories, on WSEX's checks bouncing, people gettin the runaround by WSEX's customer service department, and people waiting weeks to months for their check. "Its all about financial stability and since 1996 WSEX has payed everyone". How do you know that?

You join a week ago, read what you want to read (mostly complaints from pikers who are up a few hundred and need the money yesterday), while ignoring 12-13 years of WSEX being a continuous online book.. and not stiffing anyone. How in the world, in the age of Madoff, is this not good enough for you?

I've used WSEX for years, don't even remember anymore what led me to them, and yet to have a complaint.

Players object just as much to WSEX's terrible customer service to being slow paid.

If WSEX is not going busto I think a clear statement explaining the situation from one of the owners would go down much better than the daily horseshit from the livechat operators, which changes every day.

A. Courier should be OVERNIGHT not the 4-7 days the site says it takes!!

B. There hasn't been a seven day delievery of a check in OVER a year!!! Actually since the US lost Neteller..

The gripe is, if others can pay promptly why can't WSEX!!! Why the constant run around to get paid!

Ohhhh and NO check today from my requested withdrawal on 1/5.

It Looks like I will get my Fed Ex Check by Tomorrow that I requested 1-5-09 because I was emailed the Tracking number today...I still have a regular Bank draft that is I requested Dec 31st and I was told that Would be coming this week as well By a WSEX Customer Rep last Friday..So Assuming I Get my Fed Ex Check Tomorrow thats 16 Total Days right there and the last Fed Check I got took 3 Weeks

If I'm lucky, I cash out 3-4 times a year. I pay the fee and wait 4-7 days, I honestly would not have been able to tell you if it was 3 days or 10 days before I usually get it. But I've always gotten my check - without stories. And in the handful of times I've needed to talk with someone, I encountered nothing unreasonable.

This forum is great to learn about the industry and I enjoy reading it. But I really believe some of us are gripping the steering wheel too hard.

I cannot explain why they can't pay as quickly as say a Betjam and it is a big inconvenience to have to wait three weeks, but they are nowhere near bankrupt. Their lines are great for all sports, live betting is top notch, and I can even deposit via cc. Mods please assure poster norb Wsex is not going bankrupt.

OK, my recent WSEX withdrawal took about 3 weeks.

As of a few weeks ago, their processor would not write checks over 3K. I ususally withdrawl 7k, and it comes in a combination of two checks each for 3k, and a money order for 1k. The checks are usually spaced out a week.

do 5k a day for 4 days, and 2 on the 5th. do all fedex. forget about it, and you will have all your money inside 3 weeks.

Im still waiting For a regular Bank Draft since Dec 31 st..I was told Just now that My check had to be Cancelled and will be re-sent Monday Feb 2nd
I wish Customer Service would just be Honest and tell the truth..I was told Last Week that I should get it any Day Now.
