I'm so sick of reading about processor issues. Sportsbetting pays within 5 biz days comes fed ex from the same place 5 dimes pays from. WSEX is not A+ if it takes 30 biz days.

Its all about advertising dollars.

Im really Not Happy with them right Now myself...Tuesday will be 2 Weeks and still I have not reveived My Fed Ex Check I requested..I talked to Someone Today from WSEX and they Told Me they will refund My 50 Dollar Fee For the Fed Ex Check but really I just want Money..I know they are Connected to Matchbook and I heard Great Stories about THem in Terms of Paying Out So this is Surprising to Me..Oh well

Well it seems the problems may be spreading to matchbook. Requested a FedEx check on the 8th and money was taken out and all that great stuff but I have yet to get a tracking number and they are "looking into it" ..

I know its frustrating but it could be due to the fact that it is Christmas time and I would assume that more people than normal are withdrawing money from their account. I don't even bother this time of year.

Its been a week since your request, you should get it within 2 weeks I would think. Keep us posted

Requested a payout on 12/5 and I have got nothing..... I would have to agree, that this is not a A+ book.... Used Bodog for years and got tired of them taking a month plus to get payouts. Got refered to this site (first time poster) from a friend that said they rate the books. Did my research and went with WSEX and now I am back in the same boat.

My buddy actually requested a payout form Bodog a day later then me and got paid out yesterday

I agree, a site is only as good as its payout system. In that category, wsex is a D-. So how did they get the A+ rating? Anyone?

Actually in the payout department WSEX is an A+, that is why they are rated A+, because they have never stiffed anyone. Its all about financial stability and since 1996 WSEX has payed everyone. That is why they are A+. If you choose fedex option you get your check in 3 weeks or less. Its very simple, if you dont want to wait dont choose regular mail.

The difference between WSEX and the other books not rated as high is that in the current environment, WSEX can handle processing problems and everyone's funds are always safe no matter what happens. Whereas for some lesser ranked books if something happens your funds may be at risk.

That is why WSEX is A+, your funds are 100% safe. There aren't a lot of books you can say that for.

By the way re bank drafts it wasn't a case of waiting for normal mail to arrive. My first two bank drafts requested simply were never despatched. WSEX accounts have admitted this. They claim that the third one (requested on 2nd December) has been processed and I should be getting my check soon. I'll keep you updated.

I joined this forum 1 week ago today and have read countless stories, on WSEX's checks bouncing, people gettin the runaround by WSEX's customer service department, and people waiting weeks to months for their check. Other sites can have a check at your door in 3-5 days, everytime. Their are many shady practices with this site that definately do not make it an A+ rated site.

These are times in which the US government has made books outsource their processing to other businesses and thus there are occasional mixups with every book out there. The difference with WSEX is that they have some of the deepest pockets out there and your funds are safe, even during hard times, which just about every book out there experiences now. Name the book and they have had processing issues. Unless they are a new book and for those it is only a matter of time.

I don't work for WSEX I am just an extremely satisfied customer, and have read sharp after sharp on the forums talk about WSEX as a top 5 book in the industry. And I can't believe any person in this thread with less than 100 posts. Durito, TeamPlayer, GatorFan, HeeeHawwww, and BigBoyDan are the only ones I believe 100%. And they all got paid timely (except dan he is here to moderate the situation). The other people complaining have like 3 posts. They could be shills for other books. I don't know that for sure but I'm saying its possible.

You have just proven that you have no idea how this business works today. If you think bouncing checks are a reflection on WSEX's or ANY other book's solvency or financial condition, you clearly have no idea how the offshore business operates today.

I do have no idea how the business works today, I can only go by what I read on forums, and what is told to me by WSEX customer service, and what I read on the WSEX site.

If Fed EX checks are taking weeks for people to receive them, why say 4-7 days? Why say bank draft's take up to 20 days when people seem to be waiting weeks to months?

The "bounced checks" thing may be common, I do not know. I just want to be able to request a withdrawl and receive it in the time that is stated on the site.

I have requested Neteller payouts from WSEX every day for the past week. Sometimes the money arrives, more often not.

Perhaps WileOut can explain this, as noone credible at WSEX is prepared to comment.

I have three payout issues to them as of yesterday, and I hope to hear back today with an update or progress that I will post here.

I don't know about Neteller payouts, I'm an American and we can't use Neteller. I would call them and ask, have you tried that? The one thing I am sure of is that you will be paid all of your money.

I was told last Monday 1/5/09 that i would have my check via Fed Ex within 7 business days from 1/5/09 (I even requested the chat transcript). I can already see the way this one is setting up. I don't care if a check takes 6 months to show up, if thats what I'm told upfront. Just don't bs me. This is not an A+ book and when I receive my final 2 checks I will be hittin the door to get out of this site quick. Listen I can handle ANY issue with getting my check, JUST DON"T LIE TO ME.
