While that is certainly relevant, it's not quite TVM but rather money value of time. What I meant by TVM is the opportunity cost of playing in a 5k contest against you for 7 months. In other words, would that 5k have a higher ROI in a contest against you (presumably in the form of an x-bet where commission would be paid) or would it have a higher ROI by simply using it to bet actual games for the 7 months that amount of money would be tied up? Time value of money is the reason I don't bet many futures, even though the futures market in sports is not particularly efficient.

i like you because you talk civil to me.. not like some guys here.. reno, i swear, i wanted this.. i had my 2k ready. it's already at wsex and matchy. i called wsex 2 times.. for depositing money. reno, if i ddin't want to do this, why am i ready to go 5k with him.. reno, this guy is a big hassle for me.. he complains all the time and this thing is very very very time consuming for me.. in all honesty, i don't wnt to do it because it costs me more money in the long run..but based on LT's bets that i have seen, i swear, he'd have no chance against me, bu this is not worth the aggravation, the fighting, and the 324 hrs of work and me missing last minute moves so i can put in before time stamp on sbr.. i know you know what i mean.. but i would put up 4k for a stale line contest just for 2 big big reasons. no more bickering.. AND.. it will only involve 2 min of work for me and i can continue my work here. which is already time consuming.

and we both could see who the better capper is.. if there are 4 games off by 2 pts in NBA,, which one will he choose and which will i choose? 1000 games each and it comes down to a 4 month contest.. that i will do..
