I have to agree with you and I would like to see what Mr. Ryan's simulator spits out. I am actually getting +7 at BETUS and I am also thinking of taking the under. I agree with your analysis...Chicago is the toughest that Detroit has seen and let's face it...Dallas gave Detroit that game. Had Detroit lost that game, the line would be a bit tighter. I think Detroit is just a bit overrated and although they win the game, I am not so sure they can cover the 6 or 7 points.

Do you mean before I sign up? Not disputing other's reviews, but nothing I can do about it. I joined with them years ago before they were even called BETUS. But thanks for the advice and link for future sportbook reviews if I should ever open up another one. Appreciate the help and that is what makes this forum so great!

Thanx for solid plays John. I love your style of posting your plays early and never chasing. Do you look at subjective matchups as well as trends and statistical analysis when making your picks?

No problem. glad everyone is enjoying them and of couse winning makes it all that much better. I think this was a difficult card to handicap. Certainly, the most difficult this season in my opinion.

+270 is exceptional. Glad you found that line. I never pay big wood in any sport. Well, maybe once in a while in MLB, but less than 2% of my plays. So, if you are to use the money line I think always waiting till you have a big dog that can win is the way to go.

Nothing tonight. As I said, if I see that the Chicago OL is getting a good strong push and backing Detroit up , then I like Chicago at the half. I will be back at the half to give you that post.

Just FYI, . Detroit’s special teams are weak and Chicago has been able to exploit that weakness with previous teams. Chicago is 8-1 against the money line making 7.3 units when facing poor kickoff coverage teams allowing >= 24 yards per return over the last 3 seasons. Nice call on your part.

I definitely like the second half play with the Bears based on this last drive. While I am writing this it is the 2:00 minute warning and Chicago has a big third and seven. Even they don't convert. I really liked what I saw on that drive and that will carry over in the second half. I feel Detroit spent a lot of energy running all over the field unnecessarily and young teams that are finally out performing like they are have a strong tendency to do this. So, I think Chicago is going to continue to wear down the DL of the Lions and win this game.

William Hill line is opened already at Chicago at +2. Like that a lot.

This line is all over the place. +2 at William Hill and the +6 1/2 at BoDog. You could almost consider a middle. I do like +6 1/2 taking the Bears. That last drive was a good one and that will carry over into the second half. Plus, the defense held Detroit to just 7 points.
