#176me too, d3. I don't know what to do with myself every weekday. I'm excited for late season thursday night football. Nothing like having something to look forward to come wednesday night. Really makes the week go by fasterComment -

#177I don't see why the NFL doesn't contemplate on spreading their games out through the week. For example, 2 games can be played on each weekday and 3 games on each Saturday & Sunday. That would make every team play in every week without overlapping of any games. I believe this will make the NFL available to more people, more TV viewership and ultimately more money. This would also eliminate the need for the bye week in which I absolutely have no idea why it's instituted in the first place.Comment -

#179Teams would be playing on longer/shorter rest frequently, and would be rather difficult to keep a balanced schedule. This is what me and a colleague came up with. (We also struggle to be patient during the week lol)Originally posted by skyscrapersI don't see why the NFL doesn't contemplate on spreading their games out through the week. #180You nailed it. The reason why the NFL will never play on a nightly basis such as the major baseball, basketball, and hockey leagues is because for 60 minutes these athletes are bashing into each other over and over again. They need their 2-3 rest days into between games. Not enough people understand how these athletes are built. I'm not talking kicker and punters, but every other position these guys are some of the most athletic characters on earth. Although I wish football was on every night, I also don't mind waiting until Sunday. It makes it that much more exciting and I look forward to it all week. I love football but if it were to be on every night I might not have the same passion for it. And besides, being on mostly Sunday (other than the Thursday and Monday night games) I'm allowed to plan around my football schedule. Monday to Saturday I'm free all day, Sunday's are preoccupied SORRY!Originally posted by clazzi

#181Sorry for mumbling along. With that being said I've been working on my plays for this week. At first glance I like a lot on the card. Most likely going to have a 4-5 play card for this weekend. Stay tuned gentlemen. Peace

#182I think I'd prefer the games more split up though, there are far too many games on at the same time! I think maybe a couple on Saturday and Friday would be really nice!Comment -

#194There you have it boys, the plays for Sunday. Gotta feeling we in a for a good one. Need to bounce back from last week. Loving the two team teaser for this week. Patriots are 7-0 ATS in the last four games played in Buffalo. Mr. Brady is on a mission this year. They'll smash the Bills tomorrow. The Packers and the Bears both played some sketchy defense last week. Bears were beaten in almost every category last week I expect them to come more prepared for this clash against rival Green Bay at Solider Field. Same goes with the Packers. Their defense was getting carved apart by Cam Newton's offense. With the Under cashing in the last 7 meetings. Teasing this number up to 51.5 makes it all that much better.Comment -

#195Those are some interesting sides you went with. Sharps loved OAK with the hook and there's a lot of two-way action on the MIA game. I think you took the right side in CLE because MIA is a mess, but CLE has played 2 garbage teams so far and MIA's played 2 top teams. Tricky game to cap. I really like OAK in the home dog spot and fading an injured center with Mangold, but it's hard to trust those OAK receivers against that defense. Look what they did to a one-dimensional JAX team. I'm interested to see how that one shakes out.
BTW How do you cap your totals given how much things have changed the past couple years?
Good luck this week I hope you bounce back

#199Too hard to take a side on this game. These 2 teams always play each other tough it could go either way. I'm staying away. There are better games on the board to bet on.Originally posted by EwoiHey D3, what do you think of the ATL/TB game tonight? #204how come you're not considering buying out of it or just lowering the bet amount? you still see cleveland beating the phins without hillis? the thing that scares me is that the phins are statistically a good road team...Comment -

#210I like the Colts +3 in the first quarter. I expect them to come out ready for the Steelers. They'll be able to keep it close in the first half but get put away in the second half. I just don't like the price on Colts +3 -130. Going to have to put a little more thought into this before I play it.Comment
