Once again I pay what I owe
If I owe Scott 200 points at the end, I'll pay him 200 points. If he pays me 200 points earlier for some reason. I'll still pay him only 200 points at the end if I lose not 400.
DO you get it now? I owed you 50, and paid you 50. Don't care if you paid me 50 earlier also for no reason. That's your fault.

It did and still does.
All my records on my Sig are a 100% accurate representation of the plays I posted in this thread (prior to Indy game but update after weekends)

Another example
Kroy paid me 300 points early for our season-long contest. If I lose, will I pay him 600? No, I'll still pay him 300 because that is what the contest was for.
BetterBizzness you are no exception here. I deal with everyone the same. I pay what I owe. Nothing more, nothing less. I care LESS what you give me for whatever reason. I didn't ask you to give me those 50 early. You just gave them. It's your fault for quitting on the Titans. Not mine.

I've lurked this thread since its inception this year and it's news to me that it had any to begin with.
This guy makes Arthur Andersen look respectable.

For someone with such math skills you're clearly lacking in the logic department. I'll go ahead and spell it out for you though:
Person A and Person B are wagering $50 each on differing horses.
The winner gets the entire$100 dollars.
Person A's horse comes out of the gate and falls. Feeling that his horse has no chance in the race, he gives his $50 to Person B as a show of good faith. This doesn't mean that he is simply giving "Free money" to Person B.
Miraculously, Person A's horse gets up, completes the race and beats Person B's horse. Person B now pays Person A $100 Dollars (read: NOT $50). The $100 is comprised of A) the $50 dollars that Person B would have had to pay Person A had his horse won and B) the $50 dollars that Person A paid forward in a gesture of good faith on the assumption that his horse wasn't going to win.
At the end of the bet Person A now has $100 in his possession (his original $50 + Person B's $50) and Person B is now -$50.
I never thought my first post on this forum would be so idiotic, but then again it came in this thread so I suppose it's fitting.

So let me get this straight. You make bet for fifty. He gives you fifty. But you only give back fifty. And you lost. You owe fifty. Right?

We get it, if people pay out of good faith early to you, you will not return the favor. You will instead screw them.

I make a bet for 50, I lost, I owe 50 because of that. Period.
I don't owe him the 50 points he gave me for no reason. I never asked for those. He just gave them. Why? I don't know. Do I have to return them? No, I never "borrowed" them or something. he gave them as a gift, and I don't return gifts.

One problem with your so called "logic".
It is completely "illogical" to pay money you might not owe. Simple as that. And 1 illogical move in a "logical argument" kills the whole argument. Take a logic class or 2 and you will learn that.

Except you do owe him. And you are severely delusional if you think those 50 points he gave you were a gift.
