I think you are giving up too easily if this is the full story.
If they have not emailed you, my best guess is that it has not been human reviewed at all yet. And that also means it is very likely an automatic flag. These are very often wrong and are cleared as soon as a human checks it.
If this goes on too long you can submit a complaint to
https://www.agco.ca/ but they will require you to try quite hard to solve this direct with Fanduel before doing anything, so no use rushing to do that right now.
If you have been using their chat agents to ask about this, I'd suggest trying to email
sportsbook@fanduel.com instead, as you will get a 2nd level support agent who also has time to properly check the account before replying.
