Unique 350 experiment - 100 to 1000

Hey guys, I decided to start a new thread with this system because the other one was cluttered with irrelevant posts from irrelevant posters. With that said, for people that haven't seen what I have done, you can look here: http://forum.sbrforum.com/nfl-bettin...xperiment.html . I have also done this system with NBA and NCAAB last year (will also do this coming basketball season). Here is how it works:

- I will only play favorites that are posted at -350 or higher (so -400 would work. -175 would not be used.)
- I start with $100 and will try to reach my limit of $1,000, and if I reach it, I stop and start over at $100
- I start by betting $100 on the first game. If/when it wins, play number 2 will be the $100 plus whatever money I won from the first bet, and the amounts keep rolling over into the next bet.
- I will only use college football and NFL plays. I don't like the long gap between plays, but that's the way it's gonna have to happen.
- I will post plays as soon as I can so tailers can get on them as well without rushing.

Bet $100 to win $31


Oregon is a top three ranked ranked team in the nation for a reason, and the Sun Devils will not slow them down. The Ducks have won every meeting between these two since 2005 by an average victory margin of just over 20 points, and have won by at least double digits in each of them. I will give credit to the Sun Devils for being fairly impressive so far this season, but they have not played a team close to Oregon's talent level. This game is on Thursday night, so let's get an early jump on the games this weekend, boys!

Yea man, it was definitely a dick move, but it's alright. We'll make up all that money back on this thread. And apparently I like your thinking on Oregon haha. And you can always start off with a smaller amount, but just make a smaller "limit" that you plan on reaching. The trick is to set a reachable limit, but not too high, or you force yourself to win more games than you need to. Good luck!

I don't know man, Seattle is a pretty decent team and the 49ers were smoked last week by a decent Giants team. Plus this game is prime time, so you never know what's going to happen.

The lines didn't get lower, you're just giving ASU a point instead of straight up. And obviously I think they're going to win by 1 or more if I took them in this system.

It's been fluctuating, but it went from -320 to -310 when I got to it luckily

I really like this experiment however I feel that in order for it succeed it may be in (y)our best interest to lay off the NFL.. college football (-350) have an advantage and usually the teams really are better than the other. NFL (-350) line isn't anything special and is a coin flip (in reality every game is in the NFL)...

If you want to make a couple bets a weekend just look for early games and be ready to keep it rolling and pull the trigger if a good night game is available also.. No need to rush, but still keep a decent pace. I wish you luck and will probably be tailing regardless!

I usually only bet 1, MAYBE 2 NFL games per week if there are any good ones out there. I haven't really looked at the matchups yet or looked into them, but I agree with you. College football is a little easier, but there are usually some matchups that can be taken advantage of in the NFL.

#1. Oregon Ducks over Arizona State Sun Devils - $100 to win $31 - WIN


The Ducks came out blazing on offense (even though they started the game with a turnover on their second offensive play) and never looked back. They ran the ball all over the defense of the Sun Devils, who showed that their "top ranked" defense has not seen anything like Oregon this season. With a 36-point lead at halftime, the Ducks cruised to a blowout win and continued their dominance so far this season. Good start to the weekend, and hopefully there are some games that are intriguing on Saturday to get some of these bets knocked out and help get us to that $1,000 mark!
