I regret not throwing more on that LA Lafayette 1H over in hindsight. I felt like that was such a bad line I even went back and double and triple checked my math just to make sure I didn't make a mistake along the way. That one won by 20.

4-5-1 day. 1 loss + some vig. Not bad considering how the day started out with those low-scoring 1H's where we had overs. You've mentioned before how you don't really wager or recommend your picks in terms of units. You tend to bet the same on each one. If in the future, however, you do decide to go higher in a situation like the ULL game, please let the rest of us know so we might pump up our wagers as well.

Well, I think an accurate total based on season averages only for that game would be 180.8. But all the short term trends and situational stuff point heavily toward the under. The main concept of my "model" is to catch teams in short term trends and favorable situational spots and catch them before the linesmakers make adjustments. So I use the number I have the game capped at just as a reference point or cutoff number (giving maybe a point or two of leeway) once I isolate plays that meet my short term parameters for a potential play.

Great night tonight. I got Houston over 97 also so I got the win. Last second dunk worked in our favor. At least some of the luck is evening out whereas before it was just us getting screwed.

Too bad that Houston game turned into a blowout. Screwed up the last few minutes of the game. Only 8 points scored over the final 2:45. The last few minutes are usually the most high scoring part of the game if it is at least kind of close. Oh well, I still got the push.
