#637Yeah. Pace isn't even close to the same as the 1st half and there is little defense being played. Shooting was terrible in the 1st half, but the pace was really slow too, even with average shooting in that 1st half, they still probably only would of reached 80-83 points or so. Oh well, bad pick. Throw that one away. Hopefully these last two plays hit.Comment -

#6538 points in the final 50 seconds basically all on intentional free throws to push it over by a half point. Beat that NY 1H under closing line by 3.5 points which is probably the most I have ever seen a 1H total move, and that looks like it is going way over. I think it is time for a break myself.Comment -

#661Wow what a tough run. Lots of close games with phony things happening to beat you. Things even out but you have true talent and when all is said and done you will be around 60% just like always.Comment -

#662You have to keep playing. This is a bad run but everyone has that. If your system is legitimate, your system will have a very good run but you'll miss it because you are taking a break while that happens. If you don't have a good run and keep on this path then your system isn't good and you'd probably rather find that out sooner than later.Comment -

Hmm, Now that I bring that up, maybe I should just take a break from the math model stuff until close to mid season. Mid-season is when my model related plays started killing it last year. Most of my recent 2nd half losses have just been good picks that ran into flukey bad luck, I would only consider a couple of them bad picks even in hindsight. The model stuff has seemed to be more bad picks than bad luck. It has just kind of been overkill this week with both running bad at once.Comment
