I'm on Oregon but worried since Vaioice is on Creighton. He's been hot lately and I've been tailing him.

These two teams are evenly matched and I think home court is the deciding factor. Eugene is a very long distance from Omaha and with the revenge factor I predict Oregon to win by double digits tonight. If Creighton was truly the superior team then I would take the points but I don't see a clear advantage for them.

Don't think this will be a DD win for Oregon!! But do think Oregon will win. Creighton knows they can play Oregon, and have a possible chance to beat Oregon SU in Eugene!! Can't see Creighton folding tonite.

I understand that home court can possibly make the difference in winning or losing but these teams just played 48 hours ago! I just don't understand how the ATS could swing 10 points in the opposite directions. Home Court advantage does change the ATS, but not by 10 points. Creighton just beat Oregon on Monday by 8. My guess is they lose in a close one tonight or maybe even win again.

With that being said I just don't understand why the books would swing the pointspread 10 points just from switching arenas. I'm wagering on Creighton +5 @ EVEN right now and thats a nice price and number. Also, Creighton is 2-0 when underdogs of 5-7 points so that another reason.

Actually I think the trap might by Oregon laying the points. Like I said my guess is this comes down to the wire and Creighton is either there in the end to win it or cover.

I like Creighton, but I'm nervous to play anything because I've been hitting every single play I liked the last few nights when I didn't have the chance to get my bet down. Now that I'm free and have time to get this bet in, I feel like I lost my chance and am due to take a hit!

Capybara, in a scenario like that..just be cautious and don't load up anything too crazy. I do advise you to take a shot with Creighton ATS tonight though. Good number, good price..worth a small bet at least.

The line movement on this game is really weird. Opened at Ore -4, currently at -4.5. However, with no changes in percentages bet on Ore (46%) and Creighton (54%) the line jumped up to -4.5 then -5 then -5.5 for just about 10 min or so then immediately dropped to -5 then back -4.5 where it sits now. According to this chart there was no big change in percentage bets. I know its not the amount of bets made but its the amount of money wagered that can change the line but this just doesn't seem right. Seems like they were trying to bait the people who follow line movement but saw it didn't work so had to quickly drop the line before too many folks took that Oregon +5.5.

Am I just crazy or is this feasible?

First Oregon is a solid team who plays in a better conference, almost unbeatable in their new woods floor, and very underrated coach.

Not to come into thread late with any kind of acting like I knew it was coming or anything. Just happened to stumble across this thread right now, nut I do know that many times when there is serious NCAAB home court advantage it is taken into consideration with the line and creates a 9-10 pt adjusted line. This was definitely one of those since there would be a great atmosphere because it was pretty much a championship game

9.5 point difference isn't THAT extreme for two teams with strong home courts, it seems books are valuing Creighton home court as 5 points and Oregon home as 4.5 points, I agree with Creighton having strong home court, but I thought they overvalued Oregon home court by 0.5 or 1 point (but apparently not given tonight's result).

Regardless, if you start with those assumptions, these teams would be Pick'em on a neutral court, and both lines made sense.

Nothing extreme about the line swing, really. Creighton opened 3 and Oregon opened 4 and the lines moved both times for good reason.

There are three rounds leading up to the Championship. The "Championship Series" is on HDNet, a channel that no one gets. Game 1 and 3 at Creighton.
