FWIW the stat from your writeup below includes a 32 point loss at Duke in the last game of the regular season. Chop it down to last 4 games instead of 5 and Heels are winning by 3 a game, scoring 69 and giving up 66.

Looking at common opponents RI beat BC by 11 and the Heels lost to them by 4. The Heels split with the VT team RI just beat by 7, winning the first game by 14 and losing the second one by 4.

I have watched this bunch of underachievers all year and they are a mentally soft bunch of freshmen & kids who always had everything handed to them until this season. 4* recruits like Deon Thompson had no idea what to do when the defense keyed on him instead of Hansbrough, Ellington, Lawson & Green. But the reality is there will still be 6 burger boys on the floor tonight for the heels, and things can happen when talent actually tries. Not the level of talent UNC is used to, but talent most teams would kill for nonetheless, and they sure as hell have the ability to beat any NIT team on any given night.

Good luck with your bets guys. I think the line is right and I think the game could go either way. But like Izzo said before the national championship last year, if both teams bring their A game, UNC wins.
