This site reminds of how society has changed for our kids. The positive reinforcement even if fail you still get praise routine. This behavior only sets people up to fail in the real world and here's how. When the expectations are set by the company or boss they work for and we don't hit those goals - what does the boss/company say: oh its ok - you can hit our revenue goals next year - here is an award for your participation...

Wake up people: Criticism keeps cappers sharp because if they are any good - they don't want/like losing and don't want FAKE positive reinforcement or a HUG when it goes south....so stop the whining when someone critiques losses - its part of the game.....

I dont see Roch crying about his losing ways so stop being his little protectors...I for one hope he gets hot and stays hot thru the rest of the season and if i poke fun once in awhile - well deal with it
