Yeah, La Salle blew. then, Cuse/U goes over by a bucket. I knew then that it was going to be a shit day. i did watch both OTs of VCU/La Salle. ugh.
Actually, it was a great day, other than my shitty wagers. missed watching most of VCU/La Salle because i was at the girl's 2nd hoops game ever (she's 6). game one last week, she was scared of the ball, horrendous. so we practiced some in the basement, passing, skin drills with the boy. game two, scored her first two hoops ever!! woot!

Congrats to the daughter Biff. Life is exciting with kids isn't it? When my daughter was small I told her I'd coach whatever she wanted to play. She chose soccer. I knew very little about soccer. I went on to be a lousy coach and she ended up playing for Valpo!Comment -

..never tried a ncaa hoops fantasy gm before, just played with what was left over after nfl last week, either lucky or good not sure which yet..

It was awesome. Took her out for her favorite breakfast this morning to celebrate. Great to watch the door of hoops possibility open before a kid's eyes. Best game in the world and it can take you all kinds of places, but it offers nothing greater than the sense of pure joy that one can find the first time he or she is on the court. She's already started watching games with me at night.Comment -
