i felt good but didnt best my PR time of 2:09..legs turned to complete jello at mile 11. haha
it was 30 degrees, but felt like 20....not bad but i prefer warmer
today i did 2:15, but i really didnt train that hard for this..
i did my long runs every saturday but didnt do much during the week except for the treadmill 2-3 miles here and there...
just got back from a much needed massage...not an asian one

VCU not today...still gettin back on that train next week

cant wait....i run a bracket pool on cbs with my friends..
i set it up with weighted points using seed as multiplier...
im just debating whether to fly thru it based on gut instinct, or dig deep and research...

I have the same four as you at first glance. Arizona got a cake-walk to the final four. East region is loaded, but I think Spartans can come out that region. Think it's going to be Spartans/Louisville in the finals. Who takes it, no idea lol.
