The line moved to Clemson -1 which then picked VT with the higher PR being the home team and the dog.

Ck, when you get a chance... I think we would all like to hear your take on the line movement of special plays. Is it a special play if it starts out meeting the criteria and then moves away? Is it a special play if it doesn't meet the criteria and then moves towards it? Just trying to piece together all of this since this is about the only thing I've had any success with.
