As you know, the official JM series requires the bettor to buy 3 points. So, for the last 4 years on this thread (I've been here that long) we have focussed solely on posting stats for buying the points.
The concept of non-points buying in a 3 game chase has been discussed to death, but no-one has been able to produce the stats. Why? Because there's no reason to think about changing a winning 3 game chase system. However, it is worth changing a 3-game points buy system into a 2 game non points buy system, which has been done with the 7/5 system.
This year, Stevex, for his own reasons, is now posting a "non-points buying" schedule, but there is no record of any back-testing anywhere for a non-points buying system. Its his choice to do so but I, and probably many others, am not interested.

I think CHA best shot was vs Cha. I started chasing them these last two games. Hopefully they cover soon. Just labbying, so do not mind the losses some times. Eventually make it back, just lots and lots of patience.

I'm not normally an advocate of capping stats-based system games, but betting on Charlotte needs some care. They are due to play Boston on Tue evening (Chase 110 D Bet). In the meantime, this afternoon Boston are playing at Oklahoma, who beat Charlotte 119 - 94 (spread 14.5) 2 days ago. I suggest that we take note of this afternoon's game as a reference point for Charlotte's D bet.Comment -

Because the JM system is boring to follow by itself... Look at what happen to the solaman thread... COmpletely died and thats a winning system just about every year. Which note it won LAL first half today so made a unit on that. Chase110 has always been in here for past two seasons, so why ruin it? Find all plays same location.Comment -

I remember last year near playoffs chase110 suffered because of CHA as well, they just give up it seems. But also know many times once we start fading a team and over analyzing it they start covering. Which is why blind systems are good some times, takes all the emotions out of it.Comment -

Last year, Chase 110 lost 5 series:
1/27 - 2/1: Cha (worst team ATS at the time)
2/8 - 2/8: NOH
3/28 - 4/3: Cle
4/8 - 4/13: Sac
4/12 - 4/16: Cha (still worst team ATS)
3 of those 4 losing teams, spent most (if not all) of last season at the bottom of their divisions. Although it would be wrong to nominate specific teams to avoid, there has to be a case for avoiding the worst team ATS. This season, the worst team ATS (Cha) has failed yet again.
I have not bet on the worst team ATS this season. However, I have backed Cha on the C Bet in this particular series because I believe that, having lost 9 games ATS on a streak, they have to come good sometime. They will have my money on their D Bet. Due to my avoidance of the A and B Bets, I will not be risking much.Comment -
