Roag, you've become as much a choir leader as first rate capper. You've got a legion of people across the globe moaning in unison.
"I'd like to teach the world to groan in perfect harmony"... Have an over and a smile.
Thanks for the winner!
So true walker... so true.

Good luck on your 2h under... keep up the great work.
So...are you still getting ready for the WNBA season. I'm capping my first season of WNBA so trying to get caught up some things over the next couple weeks. What sites do you use for your WNBA research?

Thanks buddy. Some of the best sources of information when capping WNBA games for me are the local newspapers (online). You'd be surprised what you can find out.
I also use www.wnba.com a lot. It's a short season, and really the first 1/3 of it has to be played out before you can get a good feel for the teams. There are so many new players who will play key roles right from the start. Best of luck and you keep up the great work also!

So you're telling us to tread very lightly that first third of the season, or will that be factored into your bet sizes?

Yes, it will be factored into my bet sizes for sure. In WNBA there are what I call our "hammer" plays. They might only come up once a week, maybe twice, but they are strong system plays that I will go VERY heavy on. We won't have one for the first 1/3 or so of the season, I need data and a feel for the teams before we bet the house/farm/mobile home!

It fits my system so I have to play it; pretty much everything these days is weighted equally after I started applying the new filter. I've hit my last 2 in Argentina (these were test plays that I did not post), so I'm ready to put them out for the project. Argentina as someone said earlier is not known for a lot of goals, but we'll see how it goes. If you guys are more comfortable scaling down your bets on new leagues until we see how they're hitting, I think that makes a lot of sense.

Is this still a play. odds on my book are 2.00 for over 2.5
Also this is a great thread and you are a very good capper on a great streak.

I'm expecting 3 goals or else I wouldn't have put it out. The 2.25 is a hedge in case only 2 goals are scored. Up to you, maybe just reduce your bet amount, but it's a system play (everything I put out is). First trip to Ireland for the project, so don't go crazy!

Thanks Roag. I was thinking maybe weather may have impacted on the total score. Do you allow for weather condition because in Europle it can get pretty cold / set / snow. Does this impact scoring.
Alos was this one of your plays or a readers. I know you said it fits your system but I did not read it in your posts. Cheers.

I factor in weather but only during the heavy winter months. Snow/ice certainly does impact scoring so it must be considered.
I tweeted and posted the Banfield/Godoy Cruz play yesterday. It's on my Twitter and 2-3 pages back on this thread.
Thanks.

roag,,,,do not forget my picks for spanish first division final match of the season...they are locks......if you like to play the over 2.5 goals try to concentrate in dutch league and the spanish second division ,,,,there are a lot of opportunities in those markets....too bad season is over,,but i will ride along wiht you next season if we are still here.....i just have a problem with bet on line.......rockies 7-philies-1----------but instead of giving my winning bet.......i bet colorado -1.5 and ml................they void my bet and return back my stake cause they said the listed pitcher did not start the game........what a stupid rule? always rules against us the players? i am so tired of so much little and hidden rules...now they also have fees for mb withdrawals...........so i think i will change betonline for 5 dimes....tell me your thoughts please? i read you before 5 dimes is very decent, right?.....it seems a little boring,,did not find the lines for under/over goals in many markets..are they still worth it? tks a lot bro!

rafa, I appreciate the picks and advice, but I don't tail anyone (other than RobinD sometimes in soccer and pimike in MLB) and I'm playing my system no matter where it is until it's proven it doesn't work. I've made money in Argentina before, there won't be many plays there but when something fits I'll be playing it for now.
As far as your baseball bet, that is a fundamental rule of every sportsbook. It's up to you to indicate "listed pitchers" only or "action" (meaning it doesn't matter who is pitching). If you had bet a game based upon a certain starting pitcher pitching, and he was scratched before the game and you lost the bet, you wouldn't be too happy about it. So just make sure when you place your bets you understand what the conditions are.
Lastly, if you're in the states, your best options for betting soccer are 5Dimes, BetPhoenix and YouWager (although YouWager offer very few leagues but decent lines). If you're outside the U.S. then you have a host of other options such as Bet365, Pinnacle etc. that certainy offer a lot more leagues/choices.
Good luck with your Spain plays. We did very well in Spain this year and with the season almost over we've moved on to other leagues.

Your best source of info right now is www.wnba.com and the individual team pages. Read the news articles on there and also Google search the teams local newspapers and see what the local writer who covers them is saying. They have a lot of good info since they're so close to the teams.
