You can go to www.oddsportal.com and just put the name of the team in the search field. Make sure your book offers these matches - I try and bet games that are available to everyone since we're limited here in the states. That's why the only good books for USA bettors are 5Dimes and BetPhoenix.

It varies. Sometimes I may post one 3-4 days before the match, and sometimes it could be 30 minutes before. I try to give everyone plenty of time, most of the plays are put out the day before.

If you are located in Australia just check bet365. If i remember well it accepts everything except Americans and it has everything Roag plays at pretty good odds.
