I was defending Spoelstra at the start of the season but I just keep seeing that we have problems closing out games and I believe the coach should see what the other team is doing and adjust. I saw Spoelstra switch wade on Nelson in the 4th but he did this real late. When Orlando was on a run he just had his team play through it and they were on freaking fire from beyond the line. I just think he has slow reactions and hope this changes going into th eplayoffs

#73Very underestimated was the "idea" the heat started... the "pool" of resources that would be utilized by the OPPOSITION... Boston was already solid (but really they started the talent pool sweepstakes didn't they?), but look at the Knicks in particular ... The East is going to be a dog fight, but the Knicks as the best example can very much compete pound for pound in a 7 game series... not saying they will win, but if the Heat have to run 3 series like that with all these Big 3 or 4 starters .. It's going to be tough... Like in Poker where Aces get beaten Heads up at worst a third of the time, but pending how many players are in, they can be a dog.
As many stud teams as there are now and star players, again, like in poker, how good is the BEST PLAYER EVER (Negraneu, Ivey etc?) LeBron just isn't THAT much better then everyone else (and that's not an insult)... Nor is D-Wade ... Nor is C. Bosh... Carmello, Billups, and Amari could EASILY win a best of 7, 3 on 3 matchup to 11.
Anyways... "Talents" have shifted... and they are not just in S. Beach after the deadline... It's a huge Crapshoot is what I'm saying... For long term value I'm looking for the Horse that may end up getting the best trip, and NOT just the fastest horse in a mile long race.

#74Problem with Miami is not leader, it is irrelevant is it James or Wade. The problem is that so called coach. With him Heat will never win the title. Look at teams who were champions in recent past and look on the names of their coaches.Comment -

#78Thankfully, despite LeBron's best efforts to turn the NBA into a players-first/players-only league, the proof will be in the pudding and no team with an inferior/inexperienced head coach will even sniff a title.Comment -
