demens, you are correct. Hornets did win their first 2 road games this season. Have not won 2 in a row since.

I agree that this was a depleted Celtics team, but this was a spot where Boston was expected to bounce back after losing badly to the Pistons the game before. Especially with a few days of extra rest. West was questionable with the ankle, yet toughened it out. These are big games for the Hornets following their team meeting. Remember how Atlanta and Miami responded following their team meetings?

This is an added play per sj. Lately his picks have been horrific and he appears to have increased his unit size in an attempt to "catch up". His Boston 1st H pick today is very QUESTIONABLE based on how the Celtics have played in their last 2 games and the way the Raptors have played the last 2 (1st H). Also, 1 on 1 matchups are out the window as Raptors play as a team. Their starting 5 looked tremendous vs Rockets 1Q.

To be fair, we have to judge his picks on a case by case basis. The Lakers pick is an outstanding one.

Not really, in the NBA, team substitutions and rotations are very similar from game to game.

Most starters play the least amount of time in the 2Q, and Toronto's struggles are due to the abysmal depth of the team.
