i'll be going to work soon at ard 10am. so i have only 2 or 3 hours or slp per day.
u should do some training or slp when u reach home and wake up in the middle of the night to bet.
i dun want lb to post early and affect the lines movement

agree completely with this.
i make some of my own plays and tail others. i find that tailing is the most profitable for me and i'm trying to learn from the pros and use their systems/ideas/tactics to improve my capping.

The units depends on your bank roll.
Units are decided by you. it can be a thousand bucks per unit. or 1 bucks per unit.
2x means the unit u decided x 2.

a unit is a $ amount that is set by each individual player. It is a % of one's bankroll total bankroll. What % of the total bankroll is different from player to player. Many use 1 unit = 1 percent but for me I use 1 unit = 5 percent.

So let's say your bankroll is $100 and for you 1 unit = 1%. If you make a 1 unit play it would mean you're betting $1. If you are playing to win 1 unit (say the Lakers are playing the Nets and the Lakers are -900) you will have to bet $9 to make $1 (1 unit for you)

this list is pretty much most of the terms you'll see around here (altho they don't have the definition of a unit...)
