I think he means the lowest on the board each night goes under and the highest on the board that night goes over. Nothing to do with what happens during that night. Is that correct?

After a SU win, Hornets are 1-6 SU & 2-5 ATS on the road.

Home/Road:
Jazz are 8-2 ATS in last 10 home games.
Hornets are 1-4 ATS in last 5 road games.

Match-ups:
08/09 Matchups between the two: 108-94 Jazz, 102-88 Jazz, 116-90 Jazz.
Hornets are sea-level team traveling to Salt Lake City elevation of 4k feet.

Book a unit on Jazz -8 for me.

All of this tells me to take the Hornets.

The initial shift from -1.5 to -2.5 did not correspond with high volume on the Bulls. At the time, there were more bets on OKC, and as the day progressed, the Bulls started to get more action until there were more bets on the Bulls (the public). IMO, it was a little head-fake from the books to draw action on to Chicago.
