guys...the history of the bulls game tonight with line movements has the line jumping from opening at -1.5 (-111) to closing at -2.5 (-102)...I see the Bulls as the play. But are the Thunder a play because the odds have fallen from -2.5 (-107) to -2.5 (-102) over the past 2 hours?

also, i see the line dropping in the total from 194.5 to 192...wouldn't this constitute a strong under play?

someone tell me if i am reading this wrong....b/c from the line movement i see:

Bulls -2.5
Under 192

heres my quick take on line movements. sharps got down on the under at 194.5. following the under now at 192 may or may not make sense. if you're going to follow line movements, you need to have multiple books to try and jump on a soft line from the slow to react books.

im also a firm believer that the opening movement and the last second movement is the sharpest. of course, you have to pay attention to public bet % as going RLM is the sharpest angle to take with line tracking.

The initial shift from -1.5 to -2.5 did not correspond with high volume on the Bulls. At the time, there were more bets on OKC, and as the day progressed, the Bulls started to get more action until there were more bets on the Bulls (the public). IMO, it was a little head-fake from the books to draw action on to Chicago.

Dex: Try watching the lines right when the limits are taken off on the high limit online books (I use Pinnacle, 10am Eastern). It doesn't happen every day, but it's not uncommon for there to be significant swings right after 10am from sharp action on key games.
