howards decision will impact the lakers one way or another
it will impact whether or not pau gets traded and possible coaching changes

excellent point, i am also interested in what he asks for, because his ego will demand that he be the highest paid plyer, but that is untenable,.. especially with the new salary cap regulations.

also would very much interfere with team dynamic..
it is not advisable to have a 36 yr. old faded star.. be the highest paid..

it will be difficult to bring in new and necessary talent.

If Howard bolts (and i fully expect he will)
it is going to rough for the Lakers to attract solid talent, when they have no draft picks
with which to build a contender.

I know Laker fans are of the mindset "we'll just BUY a team".... "we'll pay anything"
    "we're the Lakers"

    that doesn't work anymore.
the new cap rules were created to specifically eliminate big market monopolies.

there is No WAY he is staying... for more of this

    vs. WARRIORS: march 25

Kobe 11-of-27 shots... Howard, never allowed to even warm up.. 4-of-8

KOBE MISSED TWICE AS MANY SHOTS AS HOWARD TOOK.

    think about that. wow.
