Fukking Mavs gave me a heart attack, fouling a 3 point shooter up 3 then completely gagging the last play to win the game. Thank goodness they pulled through in the end.

Yeah we can't expect them to be that 50-win level team some people were predicting them to be, but they should make some kind of a push for that 8 seed from now on. It's crazy to think a team like Portland actually has a shot at the 8 seed after losing 4 starters. But with the Jazz having injuries, the Pelicans having injuries earlier in the season and being disappointing even with their players back, and the Kings being the Kings, it's actually not impossible. The top 7 teams in the West are still pretty good but the 8 seed will be as bad as any of those Eastern 8 seeds we've had lately/

Lean Wizards, Bulls today. I sort of considered Charlotte as well but I don't feel like putting myself through fading OKC at home. It's a shame I didn't fade them yesterday though, even if I was only planning to put 1 unit on Denver.

Yeah -3 was available before Miami played yesterday I think. Miami might be able to hang for a quarter or a half or so but I expect the Wizards to eventually blow this one open. I might add some on them live at some point.

Just a gut feeling about this game. I wouldn't be surprised to see Washington lead from start to finish either obviously but at those odds it's worth a shot.

Miami is really struggling. This stretch of games is brutal. Bunch of road games, not much rest, lot of tough teams. They needed to take care of business last night and couldn't do it.

Yeah they had a home-heavy schedule early so these 10 road games out of 11 or whatever is part of the make up for it (and still, after that, they'll have played more home games than road games).

There might be some kind of early reaction from them after laying an egg last night but I feel like the Wizards will eventually be able to put together a strong run and put this game away. Let's not forget Miami embarrassed the Wizards in Washington not long ago.

FWIW Chicago is 5-1 (4-0 at home) against the top 5 records in the NBA (Warriors, Spurs, Cavs, Thunder and Clippers). Their only loss was the game in Oakland, but they were very competitive for about 45 minutes in that one to be fair.

Decent enough. I guess none of the games I won were close to losing and the game I lost was never close to winning so it is what it is. At least I didn't take Charlotte. Fading the Warriors/Spurs anywhere and the Thunder at home never seems to be a good idea.

Let's try to have another winning day today. Not an easy card though so I can't actually guarantee I'll bet any of the games. Maybe the Hawks are worth a look. The Kings look like they might be getting a bit hot but I still don't believe in them much and it seems like a good opportunity to fade them off a 3-0 trip. Pelicans as a short home fave are tempting despite losing Eric Gordon. Both TNT games are unplayable as far as I'm concerned.

Haven't really looked at their schedule but yeah it looks like this could be a good stretch for him as long as they don't lose any more of their brittle players.

I thought the line would be shorter but I guess maybe it means Dirk is out again. They looked like total shit in the last game without him until the Wolves choked at the end. Doesn't help Villanueva must be shooting like 5% from 3 over the last month.

Pretty surprised Indy hung in there - at least I got the push I guess, it was in and around the number all game so maybe it's fair enough. Good to have the best number there.

Bulls were a bad play given they had the Cavs tomorrow, realised after the fact that was a poorly thought through bet. Still frustrating to see them come out flat against a team that has so much less talent than them, make a run to get back in the game with a possession to take the lead with 4 minutes to go then somehow go cold again. Reminds me of that OKC/Atlanta game I bet about a month ago where I had OKC.
