Yea I liked Wiz to cover all along but I wasn't able to pull the trigger until I saw the late money. Still really early though, Bulls can go on a run if they get 4 or 5 stops in a row.

The series reminds me a little big of Magic-Hawks 3 years ago. The year before, Orlando disposed of Atlanta embarrassingly and then in 2011 the Hawks got their revenge. Hawks won the Game 3 and 4 home games if I remember correctly.

Now here is the difference - did Indiana turn the corner tonight. I'd be inclined to say that one good half isn't enough, but I saw them turn it up on defense. Their defense was a lot better tonight and I'd directly attribute the turnaround to that.

I know Atlanta have not the same team.... BUT:

they are 16-4 SU AND 14-6 ATS in the last 20 games VS Atlanta when playing at home
they are 8-2 SU AND 7-3 ATS in the last 10 games VS Atlanta when playing at home
Last year playoffs Round 1 they won game 3 and game 4 in at home

Don't know what is going to happen in game 2 (hope Indiana wins), then maybe can be profitable pount Atlanta in game 3, and double it on game 4, if they loose game 3.

Ha it's funny you mention that cause I was thinking of that series during game 1. Iirc magic had also had a bad 2nd half of the reg season like these pacers. Now it was a 4 5 matchup as opposed to a 1 8. Hawks won game 1 on the road then the home team won out.

I'll have to watch the film as goat would say - as soon as I hooked up to the web I just watched toronto. But I think indy's problems are too deep to be solved in 1 game.

I may be in the minority but I think toronto will fare well in ny. That team just needed a win. It was never going to be easy which is why I was reluctant to lay 4.5 and only put 1 unit on it. But now they can start feeling good about themselves again and I think they are a dangerous, underrated team. I see them getting the split.

You might be right. They might play a more under control game and it could benefit them. While yes, they can beat the Nets with athleticism and energy, I think it's very clear that they played with too much energy and it made them sloppy.

They could be forced to slow it down in Brooklyn and they could very well be better off. I'm with you on Raptors with the points. Just first opinion.

Yea the turnovers are the issue but they were definitely amped up.

Wiz are a dangerous team when they get points....it's when their supposed to win where they struggle. I have taken them both games and have them +160 on the series. If Bulls are getting anything 6 or more their the play
