Yesterday's three-way trade between Orlando, Houston and Memphis has been finalized. Rafer Alston will be in uniform for tonight's game in Charlotte. He will wear #36 on his jersey just for tonight's outing.

Okay, I know you're not meant to play away teams on Friday nights but I just HAVE to take Oaklahoma Thunder, I got on them last night and I'll ride them until the wheels fall off.



Charlotte Bobcats +3 (B 1)
Firstly the Bobcats are 5-0 ATS as home dogs recently and just they other night they barely lost to the Magic in OT. The Magic are yet to get their plays and game together without Jameer Nelson and I don't think they will cover, unless Superman puts on another super performance the other night but the Bobcats will know whats coming. They'll also be mixing minutes with Alston. The last 5 games at home against the Magic, the Bobcats are 3-2 SU and 4-1 ATS, the trend looks good. And on recent form the Bobcats are 3-2 SU and 5-0 ATS, while Orlando are 2-3 SU and 1-4 ATS. Look for a close, tight game all the way though with the Bobbies maybe even winning it!


New York Knicks -2.5
The Knicks have been playing very well lately and the Raptors have been almost the opposite of them. Bosh is returning for the Raptors tonight which should stuff up their minutes and team chem initally along with their recent addition of Shawn Marion. The Knicks are 3-2 ATS, while the Raptors are 2-3 ATS. Also the Raptors are 1-5 as a road underdog of 3.5 to 6 points. New York is 10-4 ATS & SU in its last 14 games when playing at home against Toronto. Hopefully this trend will conintue and Nate Robinson led Knicks continue to rise in stature.


Oaklahoma City Thunder +9
Covering machines this year and their big 3 - Durant, Green and Westbrook are leading them very well. The Suns have been playing well lately but have an exclusion of Stoudamire to their starting line up which will probably hurt them. The Thunder are 7-2 when playing with 2 days rest and 7-4 revenging a home loss vs opponent. The Suns are 5-2 when playing against a team with a losing record. The Thudner have covered against the Suns in their past 2 games where the line was 9.5 and they're is 3-1 against the spread versus PHOENIX over the last 3 seasons.

The Line on this game was set at -8 by LVSC yesterday but this morning at 10:22 am LVSC made a line correction to -8.5.....something they dont usually do. The books quickly followed suit moving the line to -9. It has since come down to -8.5 with vegas happy that the public is on New Orleans at 66%. Im gonna take Koby and the wierd line movement to get some late night money

never! i am at the local bar here to watch the wings though. i hate watching a game and having the networks shove their crappy programming down your throat every commercial break. espn has become the most shameless self promoting network ever.

at home i have a decent setup for my home office with small humidor and small bar in there as well, with coffee at the low ready too. love the french press and sock that with a little khalua. i buy all my coffee at a place in the village.

all of that puts me in the best frame of mind for getting down to business and keeping my blood pressure low so my decision making is as solid as can be (well for me anyway).

Wait until baseball season. That will get you used to laying wood at this number. And as you can see the moneyline is now at -175 and the line is now Houston-4. That makes my play a smart play without any points involved. I always lay games at -130 anyway buying just one point. Getting rid of what is now 4 points or 6 to get a win shows what i knew about this play on the moneyline. Hell buying 3 points is usually -220 on the Greek. I definitely stand behind this pick. It was beautifully orchestrated.
