I have read the rules up and down and read through many pages, but sorry to ask another question that may have an obvious answer. What is the basic distinction between a regular A bet and an A bet fade?

A bet = Bet for the selected team
A bet fade = Bet against the selected team

If team X make a lose streak or play a OT (S4) then is a bet fade, so bet against that team.

So i dont see how utah qualifies for a fade loss bet. Theyve won at home and on the road over the last several games. So why would we pick clippers ?

gsw is a much much better team then MIN. If your book has live betting I would wait for a live line during 2nd qrt or even 3rd and get like +12 or some thing.

Tomorrow is the Jazz fade correct? Boston is getting 6.5 points right now, which seems crazy (I know they are a million years old and are still playing right now, but they seem like far and away the better team). Does it make sense to get on that right now? I'm just confused because Stif's last post seems to say that the next play for that fade is on 2/23?

Sorry if this is too far OT stif, but there are some helpful people in here that I thought might be able to help me understand something... I've been watching the O/U for the kings game waiting for the U to get more reasonable than 210.5, and it finally moved about 15 minutes ago to 211. That lasted for about 5 minutes and now it's at 210. What would cause that? Was it just that the U got crashed at 211, so it overcompensated to 210?

EDIT: Just in general, I've seen this kind of thing happen quite a few times and I'm curious as to what causes it.
