Was on the wrong side of the picks today, dropping 4 units. Having said this Im loving todays WNBA schedule. Don't have much time for in-depth write ups but here is a quick rundown.

Minnesota -5 @$1.91 X 2 UNITS
UNDER 171.5 @1.90 X 1 UNIT
Minnesota match up extremely well to Phoenix, and they have ripped them apart in 3 other meetings this season. A line of -5 seems too easy here, especially if Griner is out again. Griner is set to miss her 4th straight game with a sprained knee. I also like the under here, Phoenix have adjusted their defence in the absence of Griner and have been playing a pretty solid zone defence, this may slow the pace of Minnesota a bit, and keep the game total below.

Atlanta Dream -6 @$1.91 X 2 UNITS
Atlanta Dream have found some form without super star Lyttle. Having made the appropriate adjustments, I think they should easily cover here against the woeful Tulsa. -6 points seems to easy in this position.

I also like Indiana +5.5 or Washington between 1-10 but haven't put down any bets yet. Washington 1-10 pays $2.75 at Centrebet which would be worth a small play. I think Washington may have a very very slight edge at home, and with the best coach in the business they should be able to learn from their 77-70 point loss a couple of days ago.

Cycling tip for today, trying to make it 10 units total of profits from this Tour de France. Sorry I did not post any but I was basically betting on my phone, even nailed a 51 odds winner eheh.

Mark Cavendish to win the stage @ -120 (some bookies might have higher odds) bet365.

2 cellar dwellers will go up against each other and try to climb out of the bottom of the standings. Ateneo's record of 1-4 is misleading, they are the defending champions and have won the league for 5 straight years now. The only reason for the poor start is the coaching change and the injury their star Kieffer Ravena had.

This bet is not much about Ateneo being the 5-peat champion but more of UP always being the worst team in the league. Year in and year out, they finish dead last and this season is no different. Their 4 losses have all been 8 points or more and with Ateneo trying to salvage their season, this game will be a rout. The quality and depth of Ateneo's lineup will just be too much for UP to overcome.

Boca Juniors Women totally dominating the game and cruising to keep their unblemished record. This team loves to score goals and going up against a 7th place team which has 2 of their 8 games with at least 8 goals in it means that we can still see a lot more in the 2nd half. Boca also has 2 of their 8 games with at least 8 goals, decent chance I can say especially that they have already scored 5 at half time.

Cavendish was 3rd, damn, sorry guys. I post two picks here on the whole tour de france and both loose. Cavendish started from way behind Kittel and it would have been an enormous task for him to win from that far having in mind Kittel's quality.

Will keep posting cycling plays when I have some as in the past months I have gained the knowledge that it is an absolutely profitable sport if you know your riders and put the time into it.

Gold Cup Quarter Final Round. USA should have an easy win here against El Salvador en route to the Semi Finals match against whoever will win the Honduras - Costa Rica match. The creativity and goal scoring prowess of Donovan should be too much for El Salvador.

Decided to watch the Fogini match after he lost the first set. Turned it off after he went 4-1 down in the second and went into meltdown mode. I thought who the he'll is this clown! Somehow it all worked out though!
