Only by logging in and trying it. Most weeks the full list of parlay options doesnt arrive until 30 or 40 mins pre race.

Even then they restrict a bunch of options from going together,.. like they often wont let you take one favorite for Top 5 with the other most favored NOT to make top 5, and stuff like that.
