He was getting ready to leave for SOCAL when he fell at his home and injured his back. Larry Collmus will fill in for him again after calling some meets when COVID prevented Denman from calling the races.

Lies did announcing at Kentucky Downs a few years back, and maybe Ellis Park at some point? I don't think he has a regular position? He does the paddock preview before the Del Mar races.
Collmus is without a job, which is hard to believe. Other than his races for NBC.

I haven't heard him enough, but he has that low-key Marshall Cassidy type of call, which I find good most times. Larry's yelling in big races gets a bit annoying.
