Correct. I should have worded my post a little bit different. I won't take a 4-1ML because it could drop, and then I might not even have a chance to pass B.O.A....so I'll be looking at playing something 6-1 ML or probably higher.

Been to Keeneland once. You live anywhere near Evansville, Wabash Valley? Used to go to Greyville, Ill had OTB connected to Best Western Hotel back in 80's. Golf courses everywhere. Ellis Park 45 mins away too.

I’m in the city Larry Bird put on the map 40 years ago, Terre Haute. Ellis Park is about 2 hours away. We have been there a couple times. I heard new owners took over and they were doing some major renovations at Ellis Park.

Very beautiful country especially if you like horse farms lol. They are everywhere! Haven’t been to very many tracks, but can’t be very many any nicer or more beautiful than Keeneland. I’ve been to the Spa also a few years ago. All I’ll say in comparison is Keeneland is much cheaper lol.

Spa looks old, 1800's. San Anita too, at least when I was there in the early 80's.

I got lucky early, had one day, 2 winners in the teens. Starting fading away. None of us playing favorites,all that winning last few weeks so it seems. Never mind being 2nd best around the best. Was born and raised in New England(RI), but moved here 30 years ago for my job. And you are correct, very nice town and very friendly people. I love it here. Casino coming here next year 4 miles down the road from me. Not sure if that’s good or bad lol.

thanks and the latter could be argued lol.. gotta have a little sportsmanship.. wouldn't be right having $8W on a $70+ horse if by some stroke of good luck it won .. a good format and should be interesting through the summer

Yes, sports gambling is legal here now. I’m not a big casino guy either. Only game I really like playing is Pai Gow. Just hoping they have a racebook at the casino. And yes I did like my job, but like retirement even better.

Yup. I'll probably pick something on Thursday. I want to just focus on Kee this week and then the spa next week. Either way, good job man. Hopefully, we get more than just the four of us for the next contest. No incentive probably keeps people away. Wish SBR would do something like this, and not just the pick a winner contest. Something is better than nothing, and that's easier to do and track, but this is more challenging.

I think you're right about lack of prize but besides that something most people don't want to put the effort into..it would certainly attract more people but verifying scores is something understandably no one wants to do..you're doing this for the challenge and competition..just a few people fine but it is open to anyone
