nice $55k statebred stakes for 3yo fillies.. last out at oaklawn vs msw at 2 turns in a 12 horse field had to break from the 2 post on a sloppy track and did nothing..prior to that though just missed by a neck vs mdn clm 75k with a good figure going two turns also..pace in that race faster than par.. interesting that an oklahoma bred would be taking on tougher competition there in the first place.. good spot for her here

they did nicely with this horse since the claim last year..the question is whether he's ok with the huge drop from open 5k to 2.5kn1y..3rd off the layoff and think he's well meant in this spot..trainer phenomenal 3rd off the layoff


going to look at the fonner pick 5 later..mandatory payout and without it right in front of me, about a $350k jackpot..$487k generated an additional $3.1M a couple of weeks ago so see if this gets big also.. they made a horrible takedown in the first leg of that one that might detract some people from participating

I like the probable favorite 7 franki d oro..have to think just by figures sam houston much tougher than fonner..then the race he ran at remington in dec also ..looks much better to me..unless something wrong as i'm guessing fonner at the same level paying a lot less than houston

its tough...Ive been staying away from first time shippers @ both and trying to play some pace compromised horses and some local trainers. It's a frustrating plus the Will Rogers camera is so freaking bad

She could, she’s a fast horse. I’m honestly surprised she didn’t get the lead last time. It usually a good sign when the jockey wants to buy the horse and take her and run in 2F races.

This 5 horse here in race 7 that is currently 4/5 was vet scratch 2 weeks ago and now drops to 2,500. I honestly think the other Gonzalez (#4) is the better of the 2 Gonzalez horses. In the end I personally think this is the 2s race to lose. Also think the 8 has a shot.
