5dimes does, they offer a minimum of $.25 cent wager on exotics.

The problem with Vegas and offshores is that they don't pay full track odds when and if you hit a multi-race like that, as far as I know. There's always some stipulation based on the value of the base ticket, not your wheel, for example, they'll say only 500-1. If your ticket is $.50, that defeats the purpose of playing the wager.

Vegas is full odds at least at all major casinos all parimutuel...offshore u just have to look as many don’t cap esp on big tracks and races others do...

Can you point me to these rules at any casino sportsbook? I am skeptical and want to see it in writing.

Vegas is Parimutuel at most all casinos...Online you just have to look at terms some cap bet size, some cap payouts and some cap max profit per race...example heritage on major tracks like belmont
$1,000 Across Win, Place & Show
$200 Propositions DD, Exacta, Pick3, Superfecta, Trifecta and Track Quinella
Heritage pays FULL track odds up to a Max Payout of $10,000 per race.

I've looked and looked and I have found that Bodog has 10 cent superfectas, Betonline also 10 cent superfectas and 50 cent Pick -4 and 5Dimes 25 cent superfectas, trfectas and 25 cent pick 3s.

If there are others that have exotics that are less than $1 base amount I'd love to hear about them.

looselines has fifty cent on pick 4/5 and even some track pick 3's

Still a good question to ask.

I think BetOnline is the only one left, that I know of, who is handling 0.50 horizontal wagers, which is sad.
