jphil:If it helps, there have been 20 V1 series so far this season, and they have all won, with only 3 C bets along the way. So, until the V1 loses, you can assume that it is growing by 1 unit per series.EL CAP: was wondering if it would be possible every few wks. or so, to post an update as far as the TOTAL UNITS W/L for the v1 & v2 separately, like ya did on your spr. sheet last yr.? It would just give us an indication once in a while of what each version is doin individually, instead of combined. V2 (W/ 4 C losses) doesn't seem to be doin v1 justice at all.
Currently, after 20 series (date 11/20) V1 (on the PL) is +20.00 units
I don't know why the V1 is standing up so well. It can now afford a loss and remain in credit.

What are the records for John Morrison on his V1 and v2? Is there a v3 system? You say v1 is 20-0 and v2 is xx - 4 ??

J.M DiscipleI say it, because its true. If you read through the preceeding 9 pages you will find someone has posted the spreadsheet. You can then compare the spreadsheet with ElCapitan's daily reports and compile your own records. I'll give you a headstart: There have been 49 V2 series (up to 11/21), of which 21 have been purely V1 series (all winners). Therefore, there have been 28 (unrestricted conference) series (4 have lost; big numbers) within the V2 system.What are the records for John Morrison on his V1 and v2? Is there a v3 system? When you find the spreadsheet, I suggest you delete all of the V2 system series.

If you add up the V1 PL number you will see that it does indeed come up to +21 units after tonight's win - just as Kev was saying. If you were also playing the V1 ML, you'd be up another 10 units. V2 on the other hand...Comment -

I read through all the pages for this thread.
V1 is a team that has a 3 game series with at least one of the teams from an opposing conference.
***Rules that are optional to apply***
1) Team should be .500 + win ratio
2) They should not have the worst road record in the NHL
3) If they are the favorite in the series bet ML
4) if they are underdog in the series then bet PL
5) Never risk more then 2% of your bankroll as your starting unit size to win.

Does that .500+ win ratio really count as a rule for the system I am not sure? I was looking at some of the upcoming bets and the next 4 bets all the teams are below 500. Even though it cancels out 1 of the losses last season for v1 i think it will cancel out a lot of the series wagers.
Can someone please inform me on which rules are correct and incorrect that i listed above? Also feel free to add to the rule list that I should be following for the system. I am very new to Hockey system. I don't even really watch Hockey, but any system that can put some extra money in my pocket im willing to try it.Comment -

The .500 is not part of the original rules set by Morrison. That was a mod by a member of this thread to try to increase the A & B wins. Everything else you have is correct.Comment -

Calgary won at "A Level" so There is no "B Bet" on your spread sheet correct?
Also Los Angeles is listed as "C Bet" for today but they also won on their "B bet" so there are no bets for today correct?
Im comparing Mitch's spread sheet with El Captains Google spread sheet.

JM NHL V1 Schedule for 2010/11 season. Note that I have included all V2 series (21 total) up to Nov 13, when the 4th V2 series lost.
There are 88 lines, 21 are V2, so the V1 season comprises 67 series. In theory, the system should win 67 units. However, I believe there will be 1 loss somewhere, probably costing approx 50 units. If the loss occurs with at least 6 series to go, the lost money should be recoverable. As usual, beware betting on teams that are out of the play-offs.

I'm looking at your spread sheet and I see that on:
December 15th Anaheim is listed at washington, NYI, Car, then you continue the series with Bos, buff, and LA.
You play a 6 game series? I see on Mitch's spread sheet he list them as 2 different series. A B C and then again with A starting with Boston on Dec. 20th.Comment -

B: $120 to win $40
C: $480 to win $160
assuming you have -300 odds on A B and C *(rarely the case)
Is this why you said if it loses a series then you will end up losing around 50 units?
Lets hope he does not have any losses then. This is super discouraging. I might just stick to the basketball, which will only cost me 16 units a series if i lost.Comment -
Has the home team stand system been back tested at all? Is that the system where you only played .500 teams?

yeh, logicwise, it must be something psychological w/ that v1(playin 1 or more opp. conf. tms.), compared to v2(playin all same conf. tms.).
plus the v1 backtesting of course, helped.
