Is anyone starting a new thread for official plays like mcbain had mentioned in early posts? I know San Jose +1.5 is the first official play of the season. Looks like I can get them for them -280 at 5Dimes. Pretty steep price, but I'm going to stick with it.

I'm not going to get too discouraged, with the filters in place the system has been successful last few years. Sharks were the first official play of the year, and they came up empty in Bet A. Can't win Bet A all the time. Now I'm guessing they will be around -150 tomorrow on the MoneyLine vs the Islanders (at least we don't need to put up huge juice again). Let's hope they can take care of business and avoid the potentially disasterous Bet C on the first play of the year.Comment -

Guys.........this thread has nothing to do with Morrison's system. McBain created the system that is being followed in this thread, while first and last 3 game road trips of the season do not officially count as plays. The Morrison followers who were suckered into paying $250 need to stay in the Morrison thread; plenty of them out there.Comment -

To be fair, I simply looked into if the JM concept for NBA, 3 road games in a row, take points, ABC betting, could be applied to hockey. I did that in March. I wrote post #1 of this thread March 19, 2009.
JM had no NHL system before, then SURPRISE, he all of a sudden has one this year!

The original post is an away series. It only plays the first three games on a road trip. It plays ML on favs and PL on dogs.
I play a chase that bets on the Home team that has a 4+ game homestand. 6-4 to date. 6 chase wins and one in progress. 168-2 chase record past two years but the losses really hurt since they both came last year. Good teams too, Canucks and Caps.

Ther is no 1 recommended system but yo uhave to have something that recoups your losses wether it be immediate (martingale) or over time(lebouchere)
these are teh 2 that have been discussed I am sure there are more.
But remember they need to recoup your losses that is why it is a chase system it is based on a series 3 in a row in this case.
