with little hindsight, running packs at texas 15 mph less speed would probably be more exciting than seeing guys doin' 190, spread out, fearful to make moves due to the speeds involved....Comment -
Awe fuk that, with the safer barrier walls and giant roof flaps, not to mention these guys are basically strapped into a welded roll cage, I say turn 'em the fuk lose and may the driver with the most balls win! They would still be running in packs, at least the the good cars would. These cars are already equal enough engine wise, the aero package is about the only dynamic of difference left, and hell, Nascar is try'in to control that too.Comment -

You guys ever watch any of those old vintage Nascar races, where guys would climb in a car with a basic helmet and nothing else. It's amazing that any of them survived. I've glad for all the safety features we have now, but man, choking off an engine with a restrictor plate just seems sacrilegious.Comment -
