i found the guy a bit annoying, but then again i had to watch him during a practice session and qualifying, where he said the same scripted "this is not just a race, it's an event" b.s. over and over and over, same with other lines he'd written for the weekend.....

think the guy is some sort of road course expert with special knowledge of the Glen....

all in all, their set up, with burton's annoying voice and a few other snivelly voices, is very irritating.... you know it's bad when you miss larry mcreynolds, dw, and jeff gordon....

i do like letarte's insightful commentary, the guy clearly knows his shit, and is pretty good in the broadcast. Burton's knowledge/experience is there, but his damn voice makes it tough to listen to.....
