Smart, down to earth guy.

Has enough to make millions a year without dedicating his life to 36 race weekends a year I think is the main motivation.

Also think losing the championship by so little changed him and he hasn't been the same since.

Having segments in the races is gonna be a nightmare for handicapping. Talk about a BUNCH of fluke winners based only on pit strategy. This sucks

free watching beginning of this press conference maybe not as bad gonna be a definite adgustment period handicapping wise to see how this plays out

no more win early in season and going into test mode and not caring about running well. No more laying back at plate tracks. Gonna be a lot to take in and adjust for handicapping wise imo

Gotta say I love these changes and will make things a lot better to watch. Just gotta see what changes if any it makes for handicapping wise. At least everybody will be wanting to win every race because it all matters for the playoffs.

Also no note 1 bad re in the chase and ur out without a win. Love that

Just don't like the race segments concept much. But they do say the final segment will be at least 50% of the race distance so that's cool. Can tune in after 2 hours and still see an entire proper race.

The championship points scheme is way too complicated but it does achieve what real racing fans want, the guy who wins most during the season has the best chance to win the cup. Still one 4/1 lucky dip winner take all at the end but those 4 should at least be pretty much the best four cars almost for certain.
