Not everyone gets reduced lines. If you opt for the other programs 5d has available you won't get them. But reduced is the way to go. I've heard you can switch programs though.

Does anyone else have reduced limits on reduced lines? I swear I'm the only one. $50 instead of the $100 it used to be.

Just threw down a sprinkle on Bendo/Diaz over 3, -230, seems a logical prop. hit Siver up for a unit as well.

4 hours, boys. This is gonna be a good night.

I got the reduced lines when I deposited $50, but didn't understand 'em at the time.

                      Predictions for this Card:

                      Locks:

Siver - I see a lot of people backing Phan here, and I wish you luck, I just don't see it. Phan is a very accurate striker, and has some great body shots. But, Siver's striking game is on a whole nother level, and mixed with those spinning back kicks....Phan's getting KO'd. Siver will also be the stronger man here, I mean this guy is built like a tank, and to think he fought at welterweight back in the day. I can't provide much more anaylsis on this one besides that Siver is gonna KO Phan.

Easton - I think this is a tougher fight then some might think but Easton has been on a roll lately and handled a pretty decent fighter in Menjivar. Easton's cardio, mixed with a pretty intimidating striking game I think sets the tone in this one. Assuncao though has fought some tough opponents throughout his career, I don't expect this one to be an easy win for Easton. But I'm going stand by Easton to carry the momentum and take this via decision.

Jorgensen - Not gonna really over analyze this fight because I don't think Albert is on the same level of Jorgensen.
                      ===========

Diaz via decision: extremely tough fight to call because the stronger man here is Henderson and he can pin down Diaz for a good while in a round, but I think Diaz will get Henderson into his game, that is standing.

Rua via KO/TKO: Honestly another toss up to me, but I'm going with the vet to get this one to the ground late in the third and finish Gustafsson by strikes. The only thing I worry about this fight is that Gustafsson has the ability to use those long legs to keep Shogun at a bay, and sort of implement a guerilla warefare like style.

Penn via KO/TKO: Call me crazy but I'm siding with Penn in this one. I don't think Rory has fought someone as complete as Penn, because Penn can stuff his takedowns, and even if it goes to the ground, his BJJ will be able to get this one back to the feet. Only thing that worries me in this fight is Penn's cardio because MacDonald will eat him up if Penn gasses late in the fight. But, MacDonald won't want to stand with Penn, once he gets cracked, much like Che Mills fight. I'm just feeling Penn to knock out the over confident MacDonald early.

Swick via Sub: Now that Swick has already got that return fight under his belt, it's back to building win streaks. His kickboxing is solid, and I think this fight he will mix in his wrestling to take this one to the ground. Brown has a pretty solid chin, and he is always coming forward, but I just don't see him winning this fight. I think he has been impressive lately though, and he's enjoying a three fight win streak, something he hasn't done since what 2009? Anyways, Swick should control this fight. Just hopefully his chin can't scare again.

Edwards - I believe he is the more technical striker here, and will utilize his kicks to his advantage. Thugjitsu!
Nijem - Should smother Proctor with his wrestling.
Cruickshank - Haven't seen him fight much but Martinez despite being under the tutelage Greg Jackson, isn't all that great.
Trujillo - Carries Heavy Hands, and Levesseur is wrestler. So this will either be a early KO, or a boring decision by Levessur. I'm going with the early KO.

                      Good Luck Everyone!!!!

Rua's movement has just looked so flatfooted and statuesque lately. He used to attack more, now he's going for takedowns against Dan Henderson of all people and eating H-bombs for it... Maybe his movement is back though, +220 against Gustafsson seems as good of a time as to test it out. Rua was all smiles at the weigh-ins yesterday, I've never seen him so happy.

How crazy would it be if both the hall of famers won tonight? The arena would be going crazy. I have a quarter unit on both just for some action. Half a unit on Brown, because I think Brown is a little more slick than Swick on the feet, and I'm thinking Swick won't try very aggressively to take this fight down.

I'm backing Shogun but if you look at MMA junkies galleries on the UFC on FOX 4 and 5, Shogun literally has the exact same smile with the exact same body type. It's kind of eery even, it looks like the same picture.

Also prob gonna double up on brown.

Other dogs I'm waiting on and hoping to get more favorable lines and will play either way are assuncao and edwards.

Waiting on crushank's line too, wish I would have had his odds up on my book last night when he was in -135 range!!! Might be a no play if he continues to go up past -165 (which he's at on my book right now), but hoping he get back down to around -150 and I'll take it.

GL tomorrow everyone, should be a fun card and hope we all cash

Didn't double up on siver or rory mac... All you fuckerss got me trippin on taking siver now lol... I'm still trying not to think too much into it, because I highly disagree with most arguments I've been reading, but I felt the same way taking palhares over belcher when lots of people here were warning against it and taking belcher. I just know I'll be hating myself either way now because I lose I'm down for the night probably either way, and if I win and its lopsided I'll be regretting not going with my instinct and doubling up on siver!

Didn't get the lines I was hoping for on yves and brown, waited for them to get better but I predicted the wrong line movement.

Same with crushannk, dude has seriously been at -165 since he got on my book, really wish I got early action on him...

                                          yep...

I got my Pride tshirt on (I wear it every mma event I watch - my friends dirtyx and everyone else hates it haha), really hoping to see some vintage shogun...but I just don't see it. Like you said tho, if the shogun that fought machida both times shows up, gus is in for a fight. I was initially planning to take shogun, but backed out after thinking about recent performances and not being blown away by his shape at weigh ins...Conversely I don't see value in gus at that juice, so its a no play for me (might put a sprinkle on shogun if I'm up going into that fight).

What camp did he train at for this, anyone know??? Was he in brasil, or at kings in cali????
