cant argue 2nd and 3rd round imo. comes down to Miller jab early in first vs. heavier shots of phan 2nd half of round. Clear round for Phan.

Dean and Rosenthal are the best refs in the business. Dean was slow on that one because he didn't expect Swick to score a KO right after a seemingly harmless take down. Mazzagatti would have let him take 5 more shots and waited for Swick to slap on a RNC before he stopped the fight.
