Shogun's footwork is totally gone. Last two fights hes literally just stood flat footed in front of his opponent and traded with little to no evasive movement. Its entertaining for sure, but I'm still waiting for the Shogun that fought Machida to show up again. Not looking like he ever will again at this point.

Everyone was impressed by VEra but i wasn't. He looked like he wanted to quit several times and was one punch from going down in every round. Shogun never looked hurt and took some shots but came back. Vera got hit and you just felt like he would quit at any moment. I guess for how shitty Vera has looked in the past it was a step up, but at no time did i ever think Shogun was in trouble and ready to lose.

You would be forgiven for thinking Rua and Vera had almost not muay thai experience after watching that fight. When Vera started linking up the combos he was looking half decent.
