I thought it might've been Gina. But damn I never knew she posed in anything like that. Thats the best pic of her I've ever seen.

I was shocked when I saw this picture. I was looking at her pictures on google to asset her hotness and I was blown away. I'll take Brittany Palmer over any of them though.

Are fighters allowed to wear contact lens in the octagon?
I would think not because of the potential damage to the eye..
Does that mean a fighter like Kongo is at a disadvantage because he usually needs to wear glasses?

Naw, it's offset by his opponents' disadvantage of having to wear an extra cup.

wearing two cups is probably like wearing two condoms...
seems like a good idea but the extra bulk and friction would sustain more damage

I remember seeing a fight in junior high where one of the kids was wearing contacts. That image still haunts me.
Bendo's vision used to be terrible, not sure if he ended up getting Lasik or not, it was commented on in all of his WEC fights. Menjivar wears glasses as well, seems to do fine.

The first time you get hit they move away from where they're supposed to be anyway. I can't imagine they're allowed.

Even in his loss to Guy he had some good moments on the feet and was able to get on top. Zhang has nothing here except his guillotine. I see issei winning anywhere this fight goes. He can out box zhang on the feet and control him on the ground. tamura definitely has the cardio advantage over zhang. He looked comparatively fresh in the 3rd round against Guy, and was still effective with his wrestling. I thought Guy was the noticeably bigger man too.
I think you're overrating Tamura's striking just a bit. Still like the play though.
I'm hoping to get a good live price on him going into round 2.

Good thinking. I already played tamura. I had no idea they did live betting on undercard. 5d or BM?

If it makes it to round 2 then tamura will already have survived the guillotine and have controlled half the round from on top. Unlikely for you to get a good price there.

From that presser, and seeing the size difference, I'm thinking Bendo's gonna get some steam after the official weigh-ins later...

I'm very curious to see the weigh ins. It always appears the Bendo barely makes weight. It should be interesting without the lbs allowance coupled with the fact that it's in Japan.

Seeing them sitting at the press conference, Frankie Edgar actually looks like he's got a bigger upper body than Bendo. Had a much wider built.

A lot of Bendo's weight is in his legs. He has some massive running back legs.
