Can't complain with a positive night, but I should have stayed away from Tavares. I just missed the round 1 finish for Palhares. I would have played him straight up for more but was scared off by the heavy line movement. I did hit a small parlay and a single play on Yang, but won't count those as I didn't post them.

Cro Cop +210 has to be worth at least 1u. Going to wait and see where it ends up and probably have to make a small play. Jim Miller is currently -215 but still moving. I'll see if I can get him better than -200.

hoff whats ur thoughts on miller? i keep thinking he has to win this, but i'm a little concerned his boxing isn't good enought to win a 3R stand up and not sure how he gets it down? shalourus is pretty predictable and throws telegraphing shots but he is a forward pressing bull. miller pulls guard maybe? i want miller bad but my gut says no.

Miller has only lost to the top 2 lightweights. He is a good enough fighter to capitalize on Shalorus' reckless style. Shalorus took a split decision against Palaszewski and was awarded an undeserved draw against Varner. Shalorus is powerful, but if he couldn't finish Palaszewski, Varner, or Jensen then I do not see him finishing Miller at all. I think Miller can take him down but would be able to punch and move if he can't. I like Miller as a 3 to 4 unit play on my 1-10 scale. I might even take a flier on Miller by submission.

Side note - I like his brother Dan to walk over Catone. Hopefully I can get a decent line.

I'm glad that you agree with me about miller. As a whole these LW WEC guys are kind of a joke. Shalorus has a solid skillset, but Miller has proven to be able to outclass him in every category, and against better opponents.

I wouldnt say they're kind of a joke....Cerrone, Castillo and Roller are testament to that. But yeah in comparison to likes of Edgar, Maynard and Miller they shouldnt be at their level.

Bendo is not a joke either... I think he will beat Bocek. He did pretty well against Pettis and looked almost unstoppable until he fought him. Shalorus however, has been on the lucky end of things and I think we see a noticeable big step up when he fights Miller. Jim is a beast.
