I got 10 people coming down for the fights tonight and I am sick as Hell. So pumped for this card and I feel like shit.

Yep I wrenched my back yesterday morning lifting a refridge all by myself.... Forget to stretch and warm up and I felt something give..Been laid up since, pulled a lower back muscle and I'm stiff and sore as hell in the lower back.. Didn't sleep last night because of the pain, I'm mess too..

Still pumped for this event.. I am on the mend though and should be back on my feet tomorrow I hope....

Oh I know it may just take Magny a little longer but I think he will take him out.. Hendricks looks like shit in recent fights and is on the decline. Bellator is calling..

Thanks Jake, I have strong back and hardly ever get injured, so I guess I had this coming.. I'll be ok... Just a bad muscle pull left side of lower back.. Shit happens.. I can handle the constant back pain it's just the lack of sleep that's the killer..
